Children's Privacy 

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 13 years of age, nor do we knowingly disclose such personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact our team by email at communityartscommission@gmail.com or through our online contact formIf we become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 years old without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove such personal information from our records. When parental consent is legally required for collecting, processing, and using personal information, we will require such parental consent before collecting and using personal information. 

Privacy Rights

Withdrawing your consent: In cases which we are relying on your consent to process personal information, which may be expressed or implied consent dependent on applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us by email at communityartscommission@gmail.com or through our online contact form.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before withdrawal of consent nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. 

 

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You may unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting our team. Should you submit an unsubscribe request, we will remove you from our marketing lists. It may take up to 10 business days for us to process your request and remove your information from our marketing lists. Please note, we may still communicate with you for other non-marketing purposes, such as sending service-related messages, responding to service requests or communications, or for other similar purposes. 

Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this may affect certain features or services of our Services. 

Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a "Do-Not-Track" ("DNT") feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored or collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your preference for your online browsing data to not to be monitored or collected. If a legally required standard for online tracking is adopted in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy. 

California law requires us disclose how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there is not currently an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.  

Privacy Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will post revisions here, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. ​
