Female Recording Initiative
Did you know that in 2022 women only comprised 14% of all songwriters and 3.4% of all producers? And those are higher numbers than the statistics from the last 10 years! As a female-founded arts organization, that doesn't sit too well with us!
Sisters in the Studio is an initiative we started in 2022 to get women in the studio to record their original music at no cost to them! This program aims to provide female creatives with the resources they need to succeed and shift the gender imbalance in the music industry.
Our first round of this program was a huge success, and we were able to help three artists record and release their original singles! We hope to continue this program once further funding is secured. Stay tuned for more information and follow us on social media for updates!
